Pay for the videos, not the software
Every plan runs the same edit. What changes is how many credits you get, how sharp the export is, and whose name is on it.
One credit is one video. No credit is spent on a render that never starts.

Before you ask
If the answer is not here, the help centre is longer, and one person reads every email.
No — that is the entire point. You film, you upload, and you get a finished video back. There is no timeline to learn and nothing to drag around unless you want to.
Anything where you are talking: straight to camera, or over the top of the product with your hands in shot. Face or faceless both work. Phone footage is fine — most of our output starts as exactly that.
Yes, without touching a timeline. Toggle any segment off, reorder them, change the look and its strength, adjust brightness and warmth, and pick a caption style. If you want frame-level control, export the file and finish it wherever you like.
Three credits a month — one credit is one video — watermarked, and no card needed. They reset on the 1st.
Free exports carry a visible Cutly mark, so you can see the full quality before you pay for it. Removing the watermark is the paid upgrade — everything else on the free plan is the real thing.
Not yet. Today you download the finished video and post it yourself, which takes about ten seconds. Posting directly from Cutly is on the roadmap.
